Q: Where are the signs made?
A: Our signs are proudly manufactured and printed in facilities located in Texas, USA.
Q: What is the lead time on sign orders?
A: Signs are typically printed in 1-2 business days. All signs are shipped via FedEx 2-Day ensuring they’re in you hands within a week. Need them faster? Please submit a contact form or reach out to Info@FireSignPros.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q: How are the signs printed?
A: Our signs are printed using state of the art UV printing technology making them resistant to smears, smudges, fading, chemicals, and just about anything you can throw at it. Most importantly, the print is permanent and code compliant.
Q: How are your signs better than the handwritten or engraved signs I’m using now?
A: While using permanent marker may seem easy, they actually fade over time and are not actually compliant in most jurisdictions. Hand engraved signs are tedious to produce and hard to read. Even when an engraving machine is used, it can be difficult to read due to glare or dim light. Our signs are easy to read (and photograph if needed). They have a polished, professional look and combined with your logo printed in the footer, will elevate the quality of the work you produce out in the field.
Q: Of what material are the signs made?

Q: How are your signs different than the blanks I can buy from other suppliers and online retailers?
A: Our sign library is designed and maintained by a licensed fire protection engineer who creates signs for specific code and regulatory applications to ensure the sign displays all of the relevant and required information.
Q: One of my signs was removed from the riser room. Can you help?

Q: Your pricing seems high. I can do it cheaper.
A: Our signs are a higher quality product than most other on the market. Moreover, a lot goes into the process that allows us to deliver the signs, from an easy to use online portal all the way through print and order fulfillment to your office or job site. While our signs may cost the same or even a bit more than competitors, our clients are are saving tons of time. Less time hand engraving or driving to engraving shops means more time bidding and completing other sprinkler projects! Not to mention each sign is effectively a professional business card hanging in the riser room and you can’t put a price on that type of exposure!
